Taiwan’s Entrepreneur Community comes together during first regional Startup
Week

Taipei, 21 November, 2018 – Techstars Startup Week Taiwan Powered by Taiwan Tech Arena has announced a 5-day long startup community celebration, which will bring business leaders, funders, founders and all startup enthusiasts together to celebrate Taiwan’s and Asia’s thriving innovation community by the end of 2018.

Happening December 3 – 7, Techstars Startup Week Taiwan Powered by Taiwan Tech Arena is a weeklong celebration of the Taiwan entrepreneurial community, offering completely free learning opportunities to business owners of all kinds. The event is volunteer-led and community-driven, offering attendees access to dozens of programs, influential keynote speakers, and funding opportunities. Businesses of every type and stage, from tech startups to long-standing place-based businesses, will come together over five days to build momentum and opportunity.

Taiwan Tech Arena (TTA) serves as the sponsor of Techstars Startup Week Taiwan and facilitate tracks with the support from accelerator partners in Taiwan. The events were created to inspire and strengthen Asia’s and Taiwan’s entrepreneurial community through more than 25 free networking and workshops sessions on topics such as AI, healthcare, Fintech, advanced manufacturing, and corporate innovation. The week also includes mentoring sessions with CEOs, funders and more, where participants can connect through these activities hosted at TTA and various venues across the Taipei-Keelung metropolitan area.
